Based on the tried and true endurance training principles of Master Coach Arthur Lydiard, the Your Can Do It training program is designed to take you from no running to 20 - 30 minutes of continuous running in 10 weeks. You will meet once per week, on Sunday morning, with Bob, and do two additional sessions on your own during the week.  You will progress from walking to jogging to running. The program will culminate in completing the I Love Forest Park 5k on August 25 (entry fee is extra and paid by the participant). The cost of You Can Do It is $25.00 which includes a special T-Shirt and the training plan.
