Return Policy

Our mission is to provide you with the perfect product that meets your running or walking needs. Sometimes, after you wear the product during a few runs, or around the house, something just doesn’t feel as right as it did in the store. When this happens, we encourage you to come back in and bring the product with you. We value the opportunity to reassess your needs and refit you with a product that offers a better, more comfortable fit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and to ensure we meet your needs effectively, we have established the following return policy.

Running Niche Return Policy

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Receipt and original packaging of the product is required at the time of the return or exchange.

• To receive a full refund, the product must be in new condition and should not have been worn outside the home.

• If the product is used, i.e. worn outside the home, we provide store credit.

• Our goal is to get you in the right product for you so we would like the opportunity to refit you and keep you running or walking with a better, more suitable fit.

• For items purchased on sale, all sales are final.
