A group for runners and walkers of all abilities. Join us for a fun and engaging 3-mile group social run or walk at Running Niche. Team Running Niche

  • Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, we welcome anyone with a personal goal to enhance their running performance. Our coach, Bob Dyer, specializes in guiding post-collegiate athletes who aim to continue their competitive careers. Having gone through the same journey himself, Bob understands the challenges faced when training independently after college.

    All of our Team Running Niche members train using the Lydiard® Method. Bob achieved impressive results using the Lydiard Method, setting personal records ranging from 5K (14:37) to the marathon (2:21:07) and various distances in between. To help you achieve your running goals, both Team Running Niche coaches, Bob Dyer and Jennifer Henderson, are Lydiard® Certified Coaches.

    Lydiard Training is an effective endurance training approach developed by the renowned coach Arthur Lydiard. This method has aided everyone from Olympic medalists to individuals recovering from heart attacks in reaching their racing and fitness objectives. It consists of five carefully designed phases, each targeting specific systems required for race day success.

Arch City Run Club

A dynamic and supportive running community in St. Louis, Missouri for runners of all levels. Arch City Run Club encourages interaction and organizes group runs, making it easy for members to connect and train together.

  • Established with the goal of motivating and supporting runners on their journey, the club has grown to over 2,100 members since its inception in June 2015. Originally created to train for the St. Louis Rock N Roll Half Marathon, the club has evolved to support runners in achieving a variety of goals beyond just one event. The group welcomes runners of all levels, from beginners to veterans, and provides a platform for members to post information, organize training runs, and ask questions. With resources like training programs and GPS tracking, Arch City Run Club is dedicated to helping its members go the distance, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community spirit among St. Louis runners.

Happy’s Running Club, STL

Happy's Running Club is a social running club that meets every Tuesday night at City Park Grill for a 5k and some fun. The sole philosophy of the club is their motto: "Run... drink... and be HAPPY!"

  • Schedule: Weekly, Tuesday nights

    Location: City Park Grill — 3157 Morganford Rd.

    Time: Sign in at 6 pm; the run starts at 6:15 pm

    Distance: 3.1 miles

    We run rain, shine, snow, or holiday!

    Happy's Running Club is a social running club that meets every Tuesday—rain or shine—at 6:00p at City Park Grill (3157 Morganford Rd St. Louis, MO 63116) for a 5k and some fun. We welcome everyone from 6-minute-milers to run-walkers to just-drinkers. Dogs and strollers are welcome, too. And we have a gear drop at the start with drink specials all night long!

St. Louis Running Club

St. Louis Running Club is a welcoming group of runners of various paces.

  • St. Louis Rumning Club meets year-round early on Tuesday mornings at Creve Coeur Lake Park for a 5–6 mile run. Sometimes they run on other weekday mornings in West County and on occasion at other parks on weekends. There are generally 5-20 runners of various paces, generally from the upper 7s to 10 minutes per mile. All are welcome.

We Run The Lou
